modernization toolset for development, deployment and
management of applications in commercial environments.
looksoftware's support
services are available to direct customers who have
a paid up maintenance contract with us. Direct customers
who wish to renew their maintenance contracts can contact
their Account Manager directly or via info@looksoftware.com
looksoftware's products
are bundled into solutions offered by many third party
Independent Software Vendors (ISVs). If you are using
a solution not directly purchased from looksoftware,
please contact the vendor for support.

Notes
- Pre-Sales and Post-Sales consulting requests are not available through this service and should be directed to your looksoftware Account Manager.
- On-site support is not available through this service. We provide support services remotely from our sites to your sites, unless an on-site visit has been previously approved.
- Customers and partners can make use of the specific reserved sections of our website to access extensive online resources and support documentation. A user name and password is required to logon. If you do not yet have access, you may apply for customer access or partner access.
