biz-attach provides CRM-like
functionality to integrate business applications with other
sources of information like documents, emails and spreadsheets.
For example, let's assume your legacy ERP system supports the customer maintenance and inquiry process, but it does not allow the business user to view and maintain other customer-related information that may be stored in documents, emails or spreadsheets. When the business user reviews the outstanding balance information stored in the ERP application, biz-attach allows related information from non-structured data sources (such as spreadsheets detailing the agreed payment schedule) to be accessible directly from the ERP function.
biz-attach includes the

- Define attachment types like email, documents and spreadsheets
- Links business entities to attachments
